Buying

$2,100

inclusive of GST plus disbursements.

What does this include?

In order for us to complete our diligence we review the Contract of Sale to ensure that there are no special conditions which will adversely impact you together with the Section 32.

Our fee includes the review of the Contract of Sale and Section 32 and taking the purchase of the property through to settlement.

How to get started on your journey to buying your property

Please send a copy of the Contract of Sale for us to commence reviewing the contract and advising you on your legal obligations under the Contract.

Selling

$2,400

inclusive of GST plus disbursements.

What does this include?

If the property is subject to an owners corporation, the disbursements will increase by approximately $180 per owners corporation.

This fee includes the preparation of a Contract of Sale and Vendor’s Statement and taking the matter through to settlement.
